At Ikou, we use sustainable packaging to ship out our products to your home. We use the best shipping method and company to make sure your product arrives to you on time.
Please allow 10-15 working days from your time of order for your purchase to arrive at your location. Once shipped, the tracking details will be sent to you via e-mail and updated under your login for the order.
All deliveries will be “Threshold”
“Threshold” Delivery service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage, covered porches or just inside the exterior door of the building. This service does not include set up, assembly of items, haul away or removal of packaging materials.
Note: The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.
IKOU INC RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At IKOU Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality, premium bathroom furnishings. Due to the nature of fully assembled vanities with stone countertops, our return policy follows established industry standards for freight-delivered home fixtures across North America.
1. Delivery Inspection & Pre-Installation Requirement
All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery and prior to installation.
- Visible Freight Damage: Any visible damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery receipt/waybill at the time of delivery and before the carrier departs.
- Concealed Damage or Manufacturer Defects: Claims for shipping damages or manufacturer defects must be reported within 36 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the product and original packaging.
- Installation Limitation: Products that have been installed, partially installed, altered, modified, or used are not eligible for return or refund. IKOU Inc. is not responsible for installation, removal, or reinstallation costs under any circumstances.
2. Freight Delivery & Carrier Liability
- Delivery Method:
All shipments are delivered curbside or threshold only.
- Property Damage:
IKOU Inc. is not responsible for damage to personal property caused during delivery. Any such claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
- Original Packaging Requirement:
All returns must be secured in the original packaging, including the box and shipping pallet, and be accessible for curbside/threshold pickup only.
3. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns or exchanges may be approved within 30 days of purchase only for verified manufacturer defects or confirmed freight damage.
Eligibility requirements:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
- No signs of wear or attempted installation
- Original packaging must be intact and suitable for freight handling
Final Sale Items:
Clearance, discounted, or closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Refunds, Fees & Freight Costs
Approved returns may be processed as a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
- Return Freight (Vanities):
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund, except in cases of verified manufacturer defect or confirmed shipping damage.
- Restocking Fees (Accessories):
Non-defective accessory returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Labor & Installation Costs:
IKOU Inc. does not cover labor, installation, removal, or related costs for any returned or replaced product.
5. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a damage or defect claim:
- Document:
Provide clear photos of the product and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Contact:
Submit a request through the IKOU Support Portal or email support@ikouinc.com.
- Authorization:
Returns will not be accepted without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
