At Ikou, we use sustainable packaging to ship out our products to your home. We use the best shipping method and company to make sure your product arrives to you on time.

Please allow 10-15 working days from your time of order for your purchase to arrive at your location. Once shipped, the tracking details will be sent to you via e-mail and updated under your login for the order.

All deliveries will be “Threshold”

“Threshold” Delivery service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage, covered porches or just inside the exterior door of the building. This service does not include set up, assembly of items, haul away or removal of packaging materials.

Note: The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.


Looking to return your order, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase on damaged goods*. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund** to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

*Damaged products referred are damages incurred from transportation to customer, manufacturer defect.

**Please note a 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns

  1. Fill out the Return forms below.
  2. Our support team will send you an email of your prepaid label upon processing of the returns.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided and original packaging.
  4. You will be required to submit photos before refunds or store credits processed.
  5. Allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
  6. Customers will be required to pay return shipping fee if the customers change mind about purchase after the product has been shipped.
